that's been proven to be bs, the reason the eggs turn brown or white is due to what the chicken eats. There are a few chicken breeds whose eggs are natural brown or white. my coworker owns a crop tone of chickens and gives me some of their eggs.

Please stop spreading false information. A quick google will show anyone that white and brown eggs are nutritionally identical.
